FT4 and FT8 Spotting

There are two approaches to spotting FT4/8. One is based on capabilities available in the latest version of Aggregator on the FT# page. The other uses an application called CWSL_DIGI by Alex Ranaldi, W2AXG. It is available on his site on Github. Both are explained below
